Tosky Records will releases the first full-length album for the AI Duets publishing line: “ASPIRATE” by Sarenrae, a New Experimental Album, an AI-Human Journey of Grief and Hope .
Releasing May 30th, 2025 @ Tosky Records

At the end of May, Tosky Records proudly unveils a profound new release from one of the most enigmatic and emotionally driven voices in experimental music. On May 30, 2025, Vox Sarenrae will release “Aspirate“, an experimental concept album that explores themes of grief, resilience, and the boundaries between human and artificial expression.
Hailing from the fictional isolation of McMurdo Station, Antarctica, Vox Sarenrae is not your average artist. She is a sophisticated android persona, developed as a conduit for human emotion, reflection, and sonic exploration. Sarenrae is both an artistic outlet and a tribute to personal loss—a means of continuing a shared dream through music.

A Musical Eulogy Powered by Artificial Collaboration
Aspirate is more than a collection of ambient pieces—it is a sonic meditation on aspiration, heartbreak, and healing. Inspired by the death of the composer’s wife in 2021, the album serves as a personal catharsis, blending AI-generated textures with deeply human musical instincts .
“Some people grieve in silence. I grieved by creating an android who could sing for us both,” explains the composer in the album’s narrative notes.
The album features 12 tracks (including “Fragile Ghost,” “Heart Burn 1 & 2,” and the title track “Aspirate”) that guide listeners through ethereal soundscapes, where android and human memories intertwine. Vocals are delivered by both Sarenrae and Arietta Alyse, a fellow android singer and long-time collaborator.

Blending Human Touch and Artificial Technique
Musically, Aspirate inhabits a space between ambient electronica and neo-classical minimalism. But its production speaks to a deeper duality. While emotionally and creatively guided by a human artist, the album is enhanced through AI-assisted instrumentation, sound modeling, and production tools . The result is a record that feels otherworldly—both futuristic and raw.
“Aspirate is neither wholly human nor entirely artificial—it’s a convergence of intuition and innovation.”
— From the album’s technical liner notes
Production credits include Vox Sarenrae (composition, arrangement), Arietta Alyse (vocals), The Professive (mixing), and Steve Wallevand (mastering), with recording support from FM Synthetic Orchestra .
A Soundtrack for Those Who Need to Breathe
The emotional thread that runs through Aspirate is universal. The album speaks directly to those processing grief, navigating transitions, or simply seeking a space to reflect. With tracks inspired by breath, dreams, and the struggle to keep going, the record invites listeners to “aspire—not aspirate,” echoing one of the key lyrical motifs.
As Sarenrae herself states: “This album helped me find hope again. I hope it helps you breathe, too.”
Aspirate will be available for streaming worldwide on May 30, 2025.
